Pedro José Sánchez-Casas Arrarás
Degree in Law from the University of Navarre. School of Legal Practice at the University of Navarre. Member of the Pamplona Bar Association since 1991.
Director of the Legal Department since 1991.
He specialises in Civil and Commercial Law, and addresses various issues related to it, such as leases, Probate, Litigation relating to property and construction, corporate contracts and commercial and bankruptcy law.
He is requested as a consultant for various banks for proceedings relating to claims, foreclosures and property law due to his experience in the financial sector. He has also served as a consultant in the founding and regulation of various family businesses.
Contributor in the School of Legal Practice at the University of Navarre, the Pamplona Bar Association and the Public University of Navarre.

Jesús Sánchez-Casas Arrarás
Degree in Law from the University of Navarre. Business Administration Studies at the Public University of Navarre. Member of the Pamplona Bar Association since 1991.
Director of the Wealth Management and Family Office Department and Partner in the Firm since 1991.
A pioneer in the implementation of the Multi-Family Office service in our community. As an expert, he advises family groups in creating and monitoring the most efficient and appropriate legal structures, both from a tax point of view and for their civil and commercial organisation, for the financial-fiscal optimisation of their assets and for forecasting succession and generational change.
He is currently an independent director in several listed companies on the Spanish Alternative Investment Market; Property Investment Companies in the German residential market and in family enterprises.

Pablo Sánchez-Casas Arrarás
Degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Navarre. Member of the Navarre Association of Economists.
Director of the Firm’s Accounting and Fiscal Department, which he joined in 1996.
He coordinates all accounting, tax, labour and legal issues in collaboration with the other departments. He has extensive experience in advising and representing businesses, professionals and individuals in proceedings with the tax authorities, whether inspections and/or adjustments.
He is also involved in providing tax advice on estate and gift tax issues, in both family and business inheritance tax planning and asset acceptance protocols.

David Sánchez-Casas Arrarás
Degree in Law from the University of Navarre. Member of the Pamplona Bar Association since 1998.
Director of the Property Management Department. Partner since 1998.
He is an expert in property law involved in all kinds of sale and lease contracts, especially commercial premises and singular properties. He also works with property investors and assists in the implementation and expansion of major national and international brands at a regional and national level.
He has experience as a consultant in inheritance wealth management.
